At Friday Pattern Company, we want you to love your sewing journey. If you are not satisfied with your physical pattern or kit purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, uncut condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization and the correct shipping address for your items.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused, uncut patterns or kits in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided label or use a tracked shipping service to send the items back to our studio; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
